Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations made 48 or more hours before the scheduled appointment are free.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

​

Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged 50-75% of the scheduled service price.

​

Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.

​

Emergency situations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
